Performed by a troupe of virtuosic dancers who face adversity every day, The Snow Queen, based on Andersen's tale, is a creation that the Ballet of the National Ukrainian Opera is proud to present.
Let yourself be carried away by this story where an evil being creates a mirror that distorts everything beautiful and makes everything good appear bad. When a piece of it touches the heart of a young boy, he is transformed but will be saved by the affection of little Gerda, who rescues him from the Snow Queen's grasp.
